Add a broker or consultant as an authorised contact

How do I add a broker or consultant as an authorised contact to my Small Business account?

If you would like to add a broker or consultant to your account, you can do this:

1. By completing the Alinta Energy SME Broker & Consultant Authorised Contact Letter of Authority which can be found here; or
2. By providing us with your Letter of Authority, however, keep in mind that this Letter of Authority must:

• be executed in full
• be executed within the last 12 months
• list the services that the broker or consultant is authorised to perform; and
• list a minimum of 1 and maximum of 5 authorised contacts from your organisation who are allowed to liaise via phone with Alinta Energy on your behalf including their full name, phone number and email address.
